Today was the first day of hacking my education. Here’s what I did.
- Learned the basics of Java, including classes, methods, strings, variables, arrays, maps, and lengths.
- Created a simple currency converter app
I guess today could be boiled down to these wise words of Ben Kenobi:
Today was the beginning of something big. It was hard to absorb so much information (I was learning Java/Android development for nearly 6 hours), but I didn’t get bored or tired or discouraged. I was having fun learning something new.
There is a long, difficult road ahead if I want to learn Java, but I’m ready and willing to walk it.
